At CodeNook Innovations, we strive to ensure that our users are fully satisfied with our digital products and marketing technologies. This policy outlines our stance on refunds for the MapLead Pro extension.
1. Current Promotional Phase (Free Tool)
Currently, MapLead Pro is offered as a free-to-download tool for personal and internal testing purposes. Because no financial transactions are processed, no payments are collected, and no credit card information is required to download or use the current version, no refunds are applicable at this time.
2. Future Paid Subscriptions & Licenses
As outlined in our Terms of Service, MapLead Pro may eventually transition to a paid software-as-a-service (SaaS) model or require commercial licensing for agency use. Once a payment gateway is integrated, the following general refund principles will apply to all digital purchases made through CodeNook Innovations:
- Digital Product Delivery: Due to the nature of digital software and browser extensions, once a license key is issued or a premium version is downloaded, the product is considered "delivered and opened."
- No-Questions-Asked Window: If implemented, we may offer a limited (e.g., 3-day or 7-day) money-back guarantee for first-time buyers who find the tool incompatible with their systems, provided they have not engaged in mass data extraction during that period.
- Abuse of Service: Refunds will categorically be denied to users who violate our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized commercial reselling, reverse engineering, or scraping abuse).
3. Subscription Cancellations
If MapLead Pro becomes a recurring subscription service, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation of a subscription will not inherently trigger a refund for the current billing cycle, but will leave your premium access active until the cycle ends.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptions exist. If you ever make a purchase and encounter a critical, unresolvable technical bug that prevents the extension from functioning on supported operating systems, our support team will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
