Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MapLead Pro browser extension and associated services operated by CodeNook Innovations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MapLead Pro browser extension, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the extension and cease all use of our services.

2. Permitted Use & Commercial Prohibition

CodeNook Innovations reserves the right to implement technical countermeasures to detect commercial abuse. If any user, agency, or corporate entity is found utilizing the free version of MapLead Pro for unauthorized commercial gain, CodeNook Innovations reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate access, blacklist IP addresses, and pursue severe legal action for intellectual property violation and breach of contract.

3. Potential Future Pricing

MapLead Pro is currently operating in a free promotional phase. We reserve the right to transition MapLead Pro to a paid tool or a subscription-based SaaS model at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of the tool after any pricing structure changes will require your acceptance of the new commercial terms and payment of applicable fees.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using MapLead Pro, you agree that you will not:

• Use the tool to scrape data for malicious purposes, spam, or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the source code of the extension.
• Use the tool in a manner that intentionally overloads or disrupts Google Maps or WhatsApp infrastructure.
• Violate any local, state, or international laws regarding data privacy and electronic communications (such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM).

5. Limitation of Liability

MapLead Pro interacts directly with third-party platforms (Google Maps and WhatsApp Web) whose interfaces and policies frequently change. Therefore:

• MapLead Pro and CodeNook Innovations shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use this tool.
• We are not responsible if Google or WhatsApp temporarily or permanently restricts, suspends, or bans your accounts due to aggressive scraping or messaging behavior. You utilize this automation software entirely at your own risk.

6. Modifications to the Tool and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the tool at any time. We do not guarantee continuous compatibility with Google Maps or WhatsApp updates. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time; your continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
